Account Deletion

Request to delete your TERA account and data

We understand that you may want to delete your TERA account. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, order history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your TERA account, please follow one of these methods:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@terabazar.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number or email address.

What Information Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • •Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • •Order history and transaction records
  • •Saved addresses and payment methods
  • •Preferences and app settings
  • •Any promotional credits or loyalty points

Data Retention Period

After you request account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days. During this period:

  • •Your account will be immediately deactivated and you won't be able to log in
  • •You can cancel the deletion request by contacting support within 30 days
  • •After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems

Note: We may retain certain information as required by law for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. This includes transaction records required for financial audits and compliance.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please consider the following before proceeding with account deletion:

  • •Ensure you have no pending orders or active subscriptions
  • •Redeem any unused promotional credits or loyalty points
  • •Download any order receipts or invoices you may need for your records
  • •If you're experiencing issues, consider contacting support first - we may be able to help resolve your concerns
